There are growing number of resources for parents who are struggling with their separation or wanting to support their children through it. You may just be looking for a bit of support in knowing where to start or with co-parenting or you maybe looking for some more in depth parenting support. Many of these resources can be also of be used alongside other professional support during a separation or divorce.
Some of these resources are online and other face to face. At this stage we have listed national and regional providers, some of them are free but others you will have to pay for and we would recommend that you check with the providers what the fees will be.
