Profile
I am devoted to my clients and support them as they transition from a couple to single status. I consider their physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing and guide them to reaffirm their priorities and adjust to changes in their lifestyle with compassion and empathy.
I have advised parents with regard to the emotional wellbeing of their children in primary education. My experience includes being a facilitator of Magical-U, play therapy and emotional intelligence to help children, teens and adults to heal. I have a diploma in assisting children with autism, dyslexia and down syndrome.
I am an accredited divorce coach with the Divorce Coaching Academy and have been in practice since 2020. I offer the service of Couples Clarity Coaching otherwise known as Discernment Counselling. This is for couples in which one person wants to work on the relationship and the other person is not sure they do, or even if they want to stay together.
My main areas of expertise is in assisting clients to cope with betrayal as a result of adultery, deception, prevarication and control. I particularly help middle-aged women. Some women find it hard to return to their normal self again. They feel that their identity is lost because of their usual association of being wives and mothers. In light of this view, I empower women to recognise their unique gifts which sets them apart and place emphasis on learning to listen and trust themselves. I help and guide them to reaffirm their priorities; get their life back on track.
I take a holistic approach with my clients. I encourage them to focus all of their energy not on fighting the old, but building on the new and their own self-transformation. I empower clients to be the best version of themselves, to respond rather than react, to be head savvy not head strong. This ultimately leads to clients making healthy choices, to co-operatively parent their children and to divorce with dignity.
The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a divorce coach is being relatable and the ability to connect with my clients. Having gone through divorce myself I understand the process and am able to support my clients to deal with the story of their divorce and the negative beliefs and uncertainties dominating their subconscious mind. I provide a toolkit for emotions so that clients can interact with their emotions more positively as emotions are the most important factor in our general sense of wellbeing.”
My knowledge and expertise is continually developing and this has added to the growth of my coaching practice.
