I am a qualified mediator and am able to assist parties who wish to engage in mediation to resolve matters where appropriate. I specialise in:
1. divorce and separation matters;
2. financial claims, including pension claims, claims for children, maintenance and property;
3. disputes relating to children;
4. enforcement of financial or children orders;
5. cohabitation/TOLATA claims;
6. living together/cohabitation agreements;
7. Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements; and
8. separation agreements.
I have experience dealing with matters that involve various corporate structures, trusts, pensions and investments, as well as in relation to children disputes, including child arrangements, specific issue matters, prohibited steps issues and enforcement of child arrangements. Many of these disputes can be discussed and considered within a mediation setting.
I also act for third parties who need to become involved in financial matters, including those who are joined to or intervene in financial remedy proceedings as a result of arguments about jointly owned assets or assets in which other parties hold a beneficial interest. These third parties can also (where appropriate) try to resolve matters via a mediation process.
I have completed the Paragon Dragonfly training and I am a Dragonfly Champion. A Dragonfly Champion is someone who has attended the Paragon/Dragonfly training in relation to Domestic Abuse. They are trained to provide a listening ear and are a link to domestic abuse support agencies so that isolated people can access help. This enables me to consider all aspects of appropriate safeguarding within mediation.
