Peppy is a professional and experienced family mediator, bringing to each mediation her professional skills, supported by her passion and enthusiasm to help, sharing her knowledge and experience and by understanding that every family has a need for different solutions.
Peppy has worked in family law for over 30 years, previously acting as head of a family law team and as a partner in a local solicitors. Peppy has specialised in providing family mediation for many years, including time providing the support and mentoring of other family mediators.
Peppy is an all-issues family mediator providing mediation for both children and financial cases. She is recognised for her skills in helping clients struggling with communication with each other, manage the process safely, improve their communication along the way and helping to build a better foundation for parenting apart as they move into the future.
Peppy is known for her flair in helping to achieve solutions in complex and/or unusual financial settlements and has mediated in many complicated financial settlements involving multiple properties, companies, pensions and associated tax consequences and very often liabilities to be considered.
Peppy has achieved accredited status with the Family Mediation Council and the Law Society and is also an accredited member of the Family Mediators Association and Resolution First for Family Law.
Alongside providing her mediation service Peppy volunteers in an advice and assistance role with Somerset Age UK and when she can she tries to fit in trips away in her campervan and pursue her hobby of roller skating.
