I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having qualified in 2002.

I specialise in all areas of family law such as:

Children Act matters

Domestic Violence

I also deal with wills and probate.

I am a Resolution member which means that i am committed to resoving disputes in a non-confrontational way. I am married with 3 children of my own and understand the trials and tribulations of family life. It is always my aim to get clients to put the welfare and needs of any children first.

I am about to commence training to become a Family Mediator. I am a strong believer in trying to get couples and families to try and reach agreement amicably without the necessity of court proceedings. However, I am realistic in knowing that this approach is not suitable for everyone and I am committed to getting the best possible outcome for my client’s and listening to what my client wants and expects from me.

We offer a first free half hour appointment either over the telephone or face to face. I also provide a telephone service on my mobile 24/7 for when urgent advice is required.

I have previously worked for Nottinghamshire Police and offer a free legal clinic there once a month for Police Officers and staff.

I have also signed up to the Family Law Panel’s Reduced Fees Scheme for families that are just about managing. Many client’s cannot afford to pay solicitors fees and we recognise this. This is why, for those client’s that have an income of less than £20,000 per annum we are offering a substantial discounted rate. We also offer fixed rates on some cases.
