I am a family solicitor with 30 years experience dealing with a wide range of issues to include children and financial matters arising from a relationship breakdown. I am always keen to explore options to assist the clients in finding long term solutions and to consider the various forms of dispute resolution. I am a Resolution trained mediatior dealing with “all issues” and a collaborative lawyer. However I recognise there are some cases where court intervention is required. I am willing and capable advocate representing my clients in court proceedings when considering arrangements for the children as well as urgent applications which may arise concerning issues affecting the children’s welfare.
I am member of Resolution and currently sit on the National and Hampshire regional committees. As such I am committed to the Resolution Code of Practice and with working with my clients to explore and find practical and constructive solutions in a cost effective manner.
