Kirsty Richards

I am Director and Head of Department at National Legal Service Solicitors.  I am a specialist accredited solicitor for children public law proceedings – representing children, parents, carers and intervenors.   I have also specialised in domestic abuse cases since 2006 and continue to represent clients (females and males) that need help to secure a set of orders for their safety, assisting them to navigate through the court system for any and all subsequent hearings.  I assist in legal aid applications and will offer help with competitive rates for private retainers and/or fixed fees.  Probono representation will also be considered if a client is not eligible for legal aid and cannot afford representation.
