Stephanie Pugh

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, I worked at the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass), and also spent time working at Children’s Services. I have taken this experience and applied it my current role as a family solicitor.

My role entails working with clients across all aspects of family law, and in particular, I have extensive experience in advising clients in relation to child arrangements upon separation. I also assist clients with divorce, managing finances upon separation, and cases involving domestic abuse.

I recognise that family proceedings can be very difficult and emotional, and so I advise clients with care and compassion, while providing resolution focused legal advice. I support clients from the outset of the case until conclusion, striving to achieve a desirable outcome for the client while considering their individual circumstances. My experience enables me to represent clients at court hearings and builds trust between client and lawyer because of the ongoing involvement.

In 2021, I was shortlisted for the Bristol Law Society’s Junior Lawyer of the Year.
