I have for many years  acted  on behalf of domestic abuse victims to obtain protective court orders namely non-molestation orders – otherwise known as injunctions – and occupation orders together with associated children orders, for instance, prohibitive steps orders and child arrangement orders relating to residence and contact.

I am a member of the local Domestic Abuse Forum which is a group of like minded professionals.

We cover a wide range of local courts including Reading, Slough, Staines, Guildford, Aldershot and Farnham, Basingstoke – and also courts further afield including several London courts – depending on where the client resides.

If appropriate, clients can be visited in their home – or at a refuge – or in hospital – as the case necessitates.
